Description

QUANTEC® PL 466 is a specially formulated plasticizing admixture for the use in the manufacture of machined concrete products where the process requires zero or low slump concrete and where a smoother, denser, surface finish with a swipe is desirable.

QUANTEC® PL 466 is supplied as a chemically formulated, ready-to-use liquid. Its low viscosity, approximating that of water, ensures rapid and accurate dispensing.

Application areas

  • In zero or low slump concrete, to increase workability while retaining cohesiveness
  • In light and normal weight concrete block mixes
  • Concrete pipes, pavers, tiles, bricks
