Description
DARASET® AC 50 is a Chloride-free accelerating admixture for concrete which accelerates cement hydration resulting in shortened setting times. DARASET® AC 50 is an aqueous solution of organic and inorganic compounds.
DARASET® AC 50 is manufactured under controlled conditions to produce a consistent product which ensures uniform and predictable performance when used. DARASET® AC 50 complies with AS 1478.1-2000, Type Ac.
Application areas
- Prestressed/Precast concrete
- Winter concrete when accelerated set times are required
- Any concrete where earlier use of the concrete is required
