POLARSET® is a high-performance admixture that accelerates cement hydration, reducing setting times and increasing early compressive strengths. It is non-corrosive, non-chloride, and safe for reinforcing steel and metal components.

  • Non-Corrosive: Safe for steel reinforcements and metal decks.
  • Fast Setting: Reduces setting times, even in cold conditions down to 20°F (-7°C).
  • Early Strength: Enhances early compressive strengths.
  • Versatile: Suitable for all cement types and complies with ASTM C494 Type C and ACI 318 guidelines.

Special Feature: Provides similar benefits to calcium chloride without the corrosive effects, making it ideal for projects where corrosion must be avoided.

Performance: Accelerates the chemical reaction between cement and water, promoting faster gel formation and heat generation to protect against freezing.

POLARSET® NC 250

POLARSET® NC 250 is an early strength enhancing admixture for concrete. In addition to enhanced early strength growth, POLARSET® NC 250 accelerates the setting time of concrete. POLARSET® NC 250 contains TEA (<0.025%). POLARSET® NC 250 does not contains any added chlorides. In concrete mixes, POLARSET® NC 250 accelerates the chemical reaction between portland cement and water, speeding up the formation of C-S-H gel. This accelerated gel formation reduces the setting time of concrete, compensating for the slow setting effects of cold weather and concrete containing SCM, and contributes to the development of higher early strengths. POLARSET® NC 250 complies with AS 1478.1-2000, Type SAc.

POLARSET® NC 300

POLARSET® NC 300 is an early strength enhancing admixture for concrete. In addition to enhancing early strength growth POLARSET® NC 300 also accelerates the setting time of concrete. POLARSET® NC 300 does not contains any added chlorides. In concrete mixes, POLARSET® NC 300 accelerates the chemical reaction between Portland cement and water, speeding up the formation of C-S-H gel. This accelerated gel formation reduces the setting time of concrete, compensating for the slow setting effects of cold weather and concrete containing SCM, and contributes to the development of higher early strengths. POLARSET® NC 300 complies with AS 1478.1-2000, Type SAc.
