Description

Adfil®Syntec 12 is a new generation polypropylene monofilament micro fibre. Its unique technology at an ultra-thin diameter result in the highest level in plastic shrinkage crack control available with ease of workability.

Adfil®Syntec 12 is not recommended to increase joint spacing or as a replacement to structural reinforcement, but it is a very good alternative to mesh reinforcement that is used to control plastic shrinkage and plastic settlement cracking.

Application areas

Adfil®Syntec 12 is recommended for all concrete mixes where crack control caused by plastic shrinkage, plastic settlement, thermal expansion and contraction in concrete is desirable.
