Chryso Hydration Stabilisers for Shotcrete, TYTRO® HC, is set retarding admixture that help maintain workability, pumpability, reduce waste and consistent Shotcrete quality.

Chryso Shotcrete Rheology Modifiers, TYTRO® RC, is specialized formulation designed to increase viscosity of the cement paste while maintaining minimal impact on the concrete slump and slump flow. This carefully balanced enhancement improves the stability of the mix, making the concrete less sensitive to variations in water content or inconsistencies in fine aggregates. As a result, the concrete maintains better workability and uniformity, even when the composition or environmental conditions fluctuate.

TYTRO® HC 270

TYTRO® HC 270 is a ready-to-use aqueous solution of chemical compounds specifically designed to stabilise the hydration of shotcrete. The ingredients are factory pre-mixed in exact proportions under strict quality control to provide uniform results. TYTRO® HC 270 stabilises the hydration process of portland cement preventing it from reaching initial set. This stabilisation is not permanent and is controlled by dosage rate. This stabilised concrete then resumes normal hydration when it is activated by the addition of TYTRO® SA alkali-free accelerator at the nozzle. The result is shotcrete with normal plastic and hardened properties. TYTRO® HC 270 complies with AS 1478.1-2000, Type D retarder.

TYTRO® RC 430

TYTRO® RC 430 is a high performance, liquid rheology-control admixture based on nanometric colloidal silica. TYTRO® RC 430 is formulated to improve cohesion, adhesion and early strength development to shotcrete. TYTRO® RC 430 complies with AS 1478.1-2000, type SN.

TYTRO® SA 530

TYTRO® SA 530 is a high-performance, alkali-free set accelerator specifically formulated to provide high early strength at low dosage rates and improve productivity by shortening the time of setting without compromising long-term strength and durability. TYTRO® SA 530 is an easy flow and ready-to-use accelerator. 

TYTRO® SA 535

TYTRO® SA 535 is a high-performance, alkali-free set accelerator specifically formulated to provide high early strength at low dosage rates and improve productivity by shortening the time of setting without compromising long-term strength and durability. TYTRO® SA 535 is an easy flow and ready-to-use accelerator. 

TYTRO® WR 172

TYTRO® WR 172 is the latest technology in the development of high range water-reducing superplasticising admixtures. It is an innovative, versatile, third-generation polycarboxylic ether polymer. TYTRO® WR 172 is developed for shortcrete to maximise perfomance through a wide range of shortcrete strengths. It contains no added Chlorides and no TEA. TYTRO® WR 172 complies with AS 1478.1-2000, type HWR.

TYTRO® WR 175 is the latest technology in the development of high range water-reducing superplasticising admixtures. TYTRO® WR 175 is an innovative, versatile, third-generation polycarboxylic ether polymer. TYTRO® WR 175 is developed for shotcrete to maximise perfomance through a wide range of shotcrete strengths. TYTRO® WR 175 does not contain TEA or added chlorides. TYTRO® WR 175 complies with AS 1478.1 – 2000, type HWR.
