OPTEC EC-625 admixture is a colour-enhancing and densifying concrete additive. It is formulated as a ready-to-use admixture to enhance the quality and appearance of low slump concrete products. OPTEC EC-625 is formulated specifically for use in colour slurry coats applied to the exposed surfaces of machined concrete products. It improves colour, reduces efflorescence, increases durability and toughness, and imparts water repellence to the concrete surface.

OPTEC® EC 912 is an innovative admixture specifically formulated to enhance the overall appearance of architectural and hardscape concrete masonry units. OPTEC® EC 912, through its novel chemistry, improves colour vibrancy and controls both primary and secondary efflorescence. OPTEC® EC 912 provides a light swipe on the surface of the unit. OPTEC® EC 912 improves the dispersion of the cement throughout the mix. Through this dispersion action, cement and consequently pigment reductions are possible. OPTEC® EC 912 improves the plasticity of the mix for improved machinability and reduced cycle times.
